FAQ’S FOR #FEMFIT40

What equipment is needed for this program?
Bench, gliders, bands and dumbbells, all of these workouts can be done from home if you have access to this stuff.  You will be training 4x a week for 4 weeks with 2 different phases.
If I am not 40 or older, can I still participate?
Yes! You absolutely can. This challenge is for anyone looking to lose 5 to 10 pounds regardless if you are 40 or not.
Can I do this anywhere? Even if I’m on vacation?
Yes! Absolutely.  As long as you have access to weights and food, you can do this from anywhere.
If I’m vegan or vegetarian, is this program for me?
Yes, you can implement your own food swaps but please note this is not an individual meal plan so you’ll have to make it fit for you, I won’t be offering individual modifications.
How are the workouts delivered?
All of the workouts are delivered in a simple print-and-go PDF with short video tutorials for all lifting movements. The membership site is also mobile-friendly, so you’ll be able to pull the PDFs and videos at the gym in real time! Can’t get better than that.
How do I know if I’m equipped to handle these workouts?
These workouts are challenging and will deliver a different metabolic response to your body.  Especially if you’ve been stagnant or doing the same workouts over and over again.

The workout portion is for intermediate to advanced women so if you’re a beginner, I would not recommend this program. My goal is to challenge you in a new way but not destroy your body and nervous system, lol. 

Can you explain how the nutrition portion will look?
I’m making sure the nutrition portion is SUPER simple with easy-to-follow and minimal ingredient recipes. 

It’ll basically be a plug-and-play system where you can choose from different meal options, pick foods from each food group I list and make quick and healthy meals on the go.

The nutrition part is also meant to be challenging and provide a metabolic response to get your body burning fat and building lean muscle at the same time.

Will there be a workout schedule I can follow on the days we don’t lift?
Yes! I’ll be providing a workout calendar with daily workouts and activities to implement so you don’t have to think about it!
Can I do this program if I’m already doing other stuff like running, lifting, etc?
If you’re doing another lifting program I’d recommend not doing this.  It should be used as a stand alone program, otherwise it’s too much.  If you’re an endurance athlete, you can do these workouts but I’d forgo the cardio portions.
If I don’t like it, can I get my money back?
I do not offer any refunds for this program. 
Will I get coaching from you, Kim?

There’s no individualized coaching in this program. #FemFit40 is a DIY program, designed to give you the flexibility to do it anytime you choose. 

Will I have ongoing access to these workouts and nutrition plans?
Yes, I will give you access for life.  🙂 So even if you can’t do them now, you can save them for another time.  I will not be offering this low of a price point again so it’s worth snagging!
