My own journey with hormone imbalance has been wreaked with over-exercising, under eating, chronic stress, major gut imbalances and debilitating fatigue.
I’m happy to say I’m now in a state of balance that requires less work and time with the proper protocol. I no longer feel the need to be counting every calorie and morsel of food or spending hours on the treadmill to try to achieve a certain look or body composition.
We know starving ourselves or spending hours in the gym isn’t going to get us the results we want. We also know we can’t do some extreme detox plan or take a zillion supplements to stay consistent. A customized plan needs to be highly-effective to get the results we want while being affordable enough not to break the bank.
With all this being said, I wanted to roll out a monthly hormone membership program because I wanted to make sure you’d stay on track and be consistent but didn’t want to create a barrier to getting started.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve tried everything from starvation to over-exercising to triathlons and dieting and nothing worked.
I’d always end up regaining the weight and then some once I was “off plan” because I was messing with my metabolism.
Until I started doing different.
I started getting curious why I was tired all the time (hello hypothyroid) and why I was dealing with severe bloat (hello gut imbalances).

Just like you can’t do fitness without proper nutrition, you can’t lose weight and feel amazing without looking at the your hormones.

Yes, absolutely! While it won’t be so clear cut as someone who’s not on the pill, I will be covering how to cycle your nutrition around your birth control.
If I'm perimenopause or menopausal, is this a good challenge for me?
Yes, I’ll help guide you with how to balance your nutrition for optimal energy due to the flux in your hormones at this time.
Do I get access to the content right away?
You’ll get access to my CCC members only Facebook where most of the action will happen. You’ll also get immediate access to the portal where the workouts are stored, and the workouts will be released to you on April 1st. The Masterclass recording will also be available to you within 48 hours of the class in the portal if you cannot make it live.
Do I get to keep the recipes?
You get to keep anything that’s given to you in a PDF form or google docs, so feel free to download and keep it forever. 🙂
I am vegan. Will this challenge work for me?
You can make the meals work for you, you’ll just have to make sure you’re getting adequate protein and sub options with some of the recipes.
I will be traveling and I will miss most of the challenge. Will I be able to access the content later?
You’ll have access to the Facebook group and membership portal from the time you join the challenge until April 30th.
If you’re okay with watching the masterclass recoding, checking in from time to time in the FB group and doing the workouts on your own, you’ll be fine. You’ll still be able to download the content and read/watch at a later date, just make sure to do so before April 30th.
What if I cannot join the masterclass live?
The masterclass recording will be in the portal within 48 hours of the class and you will have until April 30th to watch it, so totally fine if you cannot make it live.
I am not on Facebook, can I still do it?
Most of the action will happen inside the group when it comes to accountability and progress. However, all the deliverables – workouts, recipes, masterclass – will be available to you in the portal until April 30th, so you will not miss on any of the content.
