I’m Kim Schaper, and I speak on issues surrounding women’s health, while practicing as a holistic wellness coach and a certified personal trainer. But my passion lies in helping women like you reclaim your inborn confidence, health and well being.

I’m not like most health coaches and personal trainers, though. I am not a one-size-fits-all guide.

My specialty is taking a complete look at what’s going on in your body and emotions prior to assigning a solution to you.

Why’s that? Because every woman is different. Not every diet or fitness regime is going to work the same for every woman.

I’ve learned through trial and error that the human body is both precious and complex. And sometimes, even the most well-intentioned experts do harm when they don’t take into consideration all of the factors at play within a woman’s body before giving their recommendations.

For years, I struggled with emotional eating from starvation to binging, and swung the weight pendulum from 75 lbs to 185 lbs, all while battling an addiction to working out and maintaining my outward appearance. 

After I finally gained mental and emotional healing, I discovered that the years of bad habits had created a plethora of hormonal issues. 

Regardless of what my doctors were telling me (and believe me, I went to a bunch!) I knew there had to be another way. I became a student of understanding female hormones; what causes them to go out of balance, and how to naturally bring them back into equilibrium. 

The answers absolutely blew my mind, and I knew that I had to share them with the world.

Ryan Owen joined the Kim Schaper team in January of 2022.  With over 20 years of experience, Ryan’s a highly sought-after coach for healthy and injured people alike. Ryan has helped people at all levels – from youth sports to ACL rehab and CEO’s – achieve their highest levels of performance and health. His main goal is to help you move better so that you can excel at the activities that make you happy.

Ryan has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of sports performance and personal training over his career.  He’s perhaps best known for helping his clients “bridge the gap” from physical therapy to moving and operating at high levels again. 
Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree for the University of Georgia with a focus in Exercise Science. In addition to his degree, Ryan can also be credited with the completion of numerous certifications including: NSCA CPT, USAW Club Coach, FMS, BioForce Conditioning Cert, and PR

Her passion for working out and nutrition began at the age of 16 but also led to disordered eating, yo-yo dieting, and hormonal imbalances. After years of trial and error in figuring out how to not only get the look she wanted but also feel her best, she made a career change to help other women facing similar challenges.

Kim is a certified MNU Nutritionist, NASM Personal Trainer, and Health Mindset Coach. She has a passion for mindset and behavior change coaching, with a special interest in helping women break free of yo-yo dieting and encouraging them to chase strength instead of skinny.

What happens after I apply?

We will reach out to you via email and/or text within 48 hours if we think you’re a good fit for the program.

How long is the coaching program?

Minimum of 12 weeks, but most clients choose to stay much longer and have the option to participate in our 3 or 6 month continuum program.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Depends.  We cannot guarantee weight loss for every client but we can guarantee you will walk away better than when you started. I’d say on average clients can lose 5-30 pounds depending on if they need to lose weight and their metabolism is ready for it.

What happens if it doesn’t work?

Define “work?” 🙂  The more time and effort you put into the program, the more you’re set up for success.  If for any reason after 30 days you’re not happy with the program we will give you a full refund with our money back guarantee process. *restrictions do apply

I live outside of the US can we still work together?

 YES! We just cannot do the labs for you.

I have THIS and THAT medical condition, will this work for me?

Hmmm depends on what’s going on. Life-threating like cancer, etc. no. but things like hashimoto’s, MS, lupus, autoimmune disorders, yes.

I have a history of disordered eating, is this right for me?

This is ultimately up to Kim to see if you’re in the right space for the program.  She will access based off your conversation.
